STUDIO POLICY & PROCEDURES:
1. Scheduled time must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the event or it will be billed automatically on your artist advancement account.
2. If you are granted 6 hours of studio time and you only use 2 hours, you will still be billed automatically for 6 hours of studio time. So please be prompt and bite what you can only chew when you schedule your time.
Hint: When scheduling time with Sherry, make sure the hours you need blocked is not too much. Remember the time blocked could be used by another artist/producer, therefore when you block the time and not use it, it would be fair for that time blocked to be compensated to the production division(Te Productions) from your advance budget.
3. No alcohol & drugs on the studio premises. If you are caught with drugs, alcohol or even have signs of being influenced, management reserves the right to refuse service to you anytime.
4. Respect thy neighbor. Please show professionalism to each other as well as our neighbors. If there seems to be an arguement that will arise from a debate, please be curteous and give each other space to cool down and group as a team.
These are the basic 4 rules that have been set and we expect that the list will grow in time as we evolve as a team were we can work together in harmony and reach one single goal we all have, and that is to make our music dreams into reality. So lets work as a team and get there as a team. No one is left behind.
