A. There is a 12 piece minimum for custom screen print and embroidery orders. There are no minimums for digitally printed apparel. But the smaller the order the more costly per item verses higher quantity orders will cost much less per unit. Call or send an email for a more accurate quote for your project.
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. Turn-around time for custom screen printing and embroidery is 7-10 business days from the day your order is placed until it ships. Digitally printed orders ship within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed. Shipping and transit time vary anywhere from 1-5 days depending on where you live. Rush options are available for all printing methods.
Q. What is the difference between screen printing and digital printing?
A. Screen printing and digital printing are two different application methods used to embellish fabrics that yield very similar results. Screen printing uses a stencil method and plastisol inks to print images onto garments. It provides a highly durable image and is very economical for large runs.
Digital printing uses state of the art technology to print images directly to the garment. Digital printing provides excellent image durability and wash fastness, and provides a soft, breathable image feel. This process is perfect for small orders requiring vibrant full color or photographic images or for printing single shirts for personal use.
